Case Study

User Persona

We created the user persona based on the information we gathered through our research. We started to outline who these individuals may be (age, profession, location, frustrations/wants).  My major role here is the users behavioral act  and their wants and needs

Our focus was on improving user experience by creating a user-friendly site map that simplifies navigation, facilitates easy adjustment to product functionality, and ensures stress-free access to all desired content.

Userflow

We went ahead in creating  user flow to assist with the website and mobile app.  This is a directional analysis showcasing the experience from the entry point through a set of steps towards a successful and a diseired outcome

Lo-Fidelity

Once we organised all the insights from the ideation phase, We began to design the web and app simultaneously. To start this process we began to sketch several  of the site's main screens,  using the user flow  as a guide. This allowed us to quickly explore several concepts for the website layout. Then we tested this with 3 participant to validate whether these solutions addressed both the user and business needs

Web -Mid Fidelity

Based on the feedback and personal insights, We learned from the sketching phase, I took up the wireframe for the web while my partner took up the mobile app. I started by using Figma prioritising the features that would best address the needs of the users through the website

Just like the  web, the mobile app also went through the same process which was handle my colleagues

One of the basis of all the users research & analysis, I created the Hi design Prototype, Below you can find the initial explorations into how this visual style might look. I wanted the visual design to emphasis these corevalues: simplicity, creativity and tradition.
Also we created a mobile Responsivive version as well to keep in track the current trends

Conclusion

We tested the prototype and we got some constructive feed back from users
One of it was the navigation processes has issues, it was malfunctioning especially the buttons and they are not strategically placed according to the testing report we gathered. We went ahead and quickly correct them especially on the mobile app
